What is Hydroponics?

Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without soil, and they grow in nutrient-enriched water. In 1924, Dr.William F.Gericke of the University of California coined the term“hydroponics”. A word derived from the Greek words: “hydro” means “water”; “ponics” means “labor”, so the word means“water-working”.

What is NFT hydroponic system?

In Nutrient film technique(NFT) systems, plant roots dip to a thin film of nutrient solution circulate by water pump. The nutrient solution washes over the end of the roots is benefit to the growth by not only to supply oxygen - because it’s thin enough to let the root get in touch with air largely, but the permanent flowing also support enough nutrient continuously.
